Hi Families,

We had a really fun weekend with our demo team! We placed third as a team and competed individually ​in Poomsae. I was super happy with our effort in stepping out of our comfort zones.

This Thursday night we have the honor of performing of for the Elk River School District at their international night! If you would like to come watch our demo we will be performing at 6:20 at Rogers High School.

Beginner and Little Dragons: We will continue to work on 1-10 in Korean and the three commands. The kicking and punch and forms are coming a long so kudos!

Feed My Starving Children: There is still time to sign up for this weekend's event. Sign up at the dojang. For the event please make sure to wear closed toe shoe.
